SOUDEX has been founded in 1937 by Mr. Gaston TAROT. The company was then specialized in cold welding, the ancestor of glue.
Mrs Madeleine GREGOIRE is at present the general manager of the company.

The SOUDEX company is constantly improving its glues, putties and coatings in order to answer the needs of a wide range of activities such as the building trade, interior design, do-it-yourself, industry, garden departments, as well as car and nautical sectors.
This human-size company offers a good cost-quality ratio, a tradition of quality, an important adaptability and reactivity in its present activities.

Products are marketed under the SOUDEX trademark. Among a wide range of professional products, we can mention :

- silicone cartridges
- parquet glues
- woodfillers
- polyester putties
- neoprene glues
- wallpaper glues

SOUDEX also aims to answer the problems of the nautical sector and has created the Nauticolle range including:
- repair kits for vinyl pools, pneumatic boats, diving suits
- blocvis anaerobic resin for locking and fixing with warranted waterproofness and airtightness
The MEGAFIX range, latest creation of the company, gathers the adhesive tapes.

The company, which know-how has long been proved, also manufactures for other trademarks such as MDD.
In the industrial sector, it knows how to adapt and implement specific glues for specific uses (heat resistance, various surfaces).

Le 91 d'OR granted to SOUDEX

It has amongst its industrial clients the Regie Renault and the RATP (Paris Subway company)

In the year 2000, it has been honoured to receive "Le 91 d'OR".

SOUDEX is at present developing its export department towards Poland, Morocco and Canada. An export office has been opened in Warsaw early 2001. All glues and putties have received the PZH approval.
